3D Intraoral Scanning: No More Impressions

The cold metal tray, the thick putty, the few minutes of trying not to gag. Traditional dental impressions are nobody's favourite part of a visit. We've replaced them with a small handheld scanner that builds a precise 3D model of your teeth in real time, right on the screen beside you.

Digital scans are faster, more comfortable, and substantially more accurate than physical impressions. Because the data is digital from the start, it goes straight to our CAD/CAM mill, our 3D printer, or our lab partners. No plaster models, no shipping delays, no re-takes when something doesn't set right.

We use 3D scanning for same-day crowns and onlays, Invisalign treatment planning, custom night guards, surgical guides for implant placement, and orthodontic records. It's the foundation of nearly every digital workflow in the practice.
