Our in-office 3D printer lets us design and produce custom dental appliances on the same digital workflow we use for crowns and scans. No outside lab, no week-long wait, and a fit that's tuned exactly to your anatomy.

We print night guards and bite splints for patients who grind or clench, snoring and mild sleep apnea appliances, surgical guides for precise implant placement, orthodontic retainers, and study models for treatment planning. Each piece starts as a 3D scan of your mouth and is printed in a biocompatible resin formulated for that specific use.

Because the design lives as a digital file, replacements are simple. If you lose a night guard or a retainer cracks, we can reprint it from the original scan rather than starting over.
